Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in undergraduate scholarship & grant management (policy formulation, application review, disbursement).

2. Collect, organize and analyze policy-related data to support recruitment and policy optimization decisions.

3. Regularly update scholarship data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

4. Support daily operation and functional optimization of scholarship management systems.

5. Assist in undergraduate admission exam organization, test center management and related staff coordination.

6. Coordinate with internal departments on project implementation.

7. Collaborate on other departmental projects.

8. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; STEM background (info systems, statistics, math, etc.) preferred.

2. Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

3. High execution, stress resilience, process management, logical thinking and innovation.

4. Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills.

5. Meticulous, patient, rigorous, efficient and responsible.

6. Prior experience in data analysis or information system management is a plus.

7. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 定期整理和更新各類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)助學(xué)金信息及數(shù)據(jù),保證數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性與完整性;

4. 協(xié)助各類(lèi)獎(jiǎng)助學(xué)金系統(tǒng)的日常管理和功能優(yōu)化;

5. 協(xié)助大學(xué)本科招生考試項(xiàng)目的組織、考點(diǎn)管理、相關(guān)的人員招聘和管理;

6. 負(fù)責(zé)與校內(nèi)其他部門(mén)關(guān)于項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)事宜;

7. 負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)其他項(xiàng)目的配合與協(xié)作事宜;

8. 完成上級(jí)臨時(shí)安排的其他工作。

崗位要求:

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,具有信息系統(tǒng)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)等理工科專(zhuān)業(yè)背景優(yōu)先;

2. 具備較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析能力,精通Excel、Word及PowerPoint等辦公軟件;

3. 具備非常強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力、抗壓能力、流程化管理、系統(tǒng)性邏輯思維和創(chuàng)新能力;

4. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及組織能力;

5. 做事認(rèn)真、耐心、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、高效,工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng);

6. 有數(shù)據(jù)分析、信息系統(tǒng)管理相關(guān)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

7. 具備優(yōu)秀的中、英文書(shū)面及口頭表達(dá)能力。
