Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine testing, user training, and technical method development for instruments and equipment in the electronic and information laboratory; provide technical support and testing services to users both on and off campus.

2. Oversee the daily operation of equipment; develop and implement standard operating procedures for equipment usage.

3. Develop and execute routine inspection and maintenance plans for equipment (e.g., periodic calibration, consumable replacement, component maintenance); promptly identify and troubleshoot equipment failures to ensure normal operation.

4. Develop equipment sharing fee schedules; verify revenue from equipment sharing, complete settlement, and maintain ledger records.

5. Manage laboratory safety for the assigned laboratory.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education and Discipline: Master's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering or related fields, with expertise in instrument principles, operation, and maintenance.

2. Experience and Skills: Familiarity with professional knowledge in signal systems, circuit technology, and RF/microwave; proficiency in connecting and operating various equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and probe stations, as well as various components including amplifiers, attenuators, isolators, and cables. Ability to independently complete testing, proficiently process and analyze test data, and possess strong self-learning and research and development capabilities. Prior experience in university analytical testing centers or equipment sharing platforms is preferred.

3. Personal Attributes: Work proactively and conscientiously with a strong sense of responsibility; demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills; comply with work arrangements; possess a strong team spirit.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1.負(fù)責(zé)電子信息實(shí)驗(yàn)室儀器設(shè)備日常測(cè)試、使用培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)方法開(kāi)發(fā)等工作,為校內(nèi)外用戶(hù)提供良好的技術(shù)支撐和測(cè)試服務(wù)。

2.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的日常運(yùn)行,制定并落地設(shè)備使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程。

3.負(fù)責(zé)制定設(shè)備日常巡檢與維護(hù)計(jì)劃(如定期校準(zhǔn)、耗材更換、部件保養(yǎng)),及時(shí)排查設(shè)備故障,保障設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

4.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備共享收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的擬定、共享收入的核對(duì)、結(jié)算及臺(tái)賬管理。

5.負(fù)責(zé)所在實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理工作。

6.上級(jí)安排的其他工作。

崗位要求:

1.學(xué)歷專(zhuān)業(yè):碩士及以上,電子信息工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),精通儀器原理、使用及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)。

2.經(jīng)驗(yàn)技能:熟悉信號(hào)系統(tǒng)、電路技術(shù)、射頻微波等專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),熟練掌握信號(hào)源、頻譜儀、示波器、波形發(fā)生器、探針臺(tái)等各種設(shè)備、以及放大器、衰減器、隔離器、線(xiàn)纜等各類(lèi)元器件的連接和操作。能獨(dú)立完成測(cè)試、具備熟練處理測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)及分析能力,具有較強(qiáng)自主學(xué)習(xí)能力及研究開(kāi)發(fā)能力;具有高校分析測(cè)試中心或設(shè)備共享平臺(tái)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

3.綜合能力:工作積極主動(dòng),認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào),服從安排,具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
