Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the operational management of the university catering group's canteens, including information collection and organization, review of supplier menus and event content, follow-up on canteen activities, canteen inspections, and document preparation.
2. Work with catering group members to receive and accompany government inspections related to food safety.
3. Assist in ensuring food supply for large-scale school events such as opening ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, comprehensive assessments, and concerts.
4. Assist in organizing meetings, receptions, or visit activities.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in food science, catering, or a related field.
2. At least one year of work experience in university catering or administrative management; possession of a food safety manager certificate is preferred.
3. Familiarity with national food safety laws, regulations, and related policies.
4. Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication techniques.
5. Good written and oral English skills.
6. Good text processing and document handling abilities; proficiency in Office, Word, Excel, PPT, and other office software; experience in photography, video editing, or WeChat official account management is preferred.
7. Strong execution ability, sense of responsibility, and stress resistance.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

2. 與餐飲小組成員共同完成政府部門(mén)食品安全相關(guān)檢查的接待、陪檢等活動(dòng);
3. 協(xié)助完成開(kāi)學(xué)典禮、畢業(yè)典禮、綜合考評(píng)、音樂(lè)會(huì)等校級(jí)大型活動(dòng)的供餐保障;
4. 協(xié)助組織安排會(huì)議、接待或參訪(fǎng)活動(dòng);
5. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,食品、餐飲相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);
2. 一年以上高校餐飲或行政管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有食品安全管理員證優(yōu)先;
3. 了解國(guó)家食品安全法律法規(guī)及相關(guān)政策;
4. 出色的組織能力、人際交往能力及溝通技巧;
5. 良好的英文書(shū)面及口頭表達(dá)能力;
6. 良好的文字和公文處理能力,能熟練運(yùn)用Office、Word、Excell、PPT等辦公軟件,有攝影、剪輯或公眾號(hào)管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
7. 較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力、責(zé)任心與抗壓能力。
