Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Responsible for campus accommodation operation and allocation management, coordinate with campus departments, supervise facility maintenance, security, cleaning services and other related expenses. 

2. Undertake student residential community development and life education work, design and implement education programs, promote students' sense of community belonging and cultural integration through student organizations and activities. 

3. Establish and manage student assistant teams, collaborate with colleagues in the Student Success and Support. 

4. Develop and drill emergency response procedures for dorm areas, serve as the first-line responder for related crises. 

5. Participate in administrative preparation work during the campus construction phase, execute relevant administrative tasks assigned by campus office leadership. 

*Work Location: Xili Campus. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in higher education, management, or related fields. 

2. Prior experience in school dormitory management or related field management is preferred. 

3. Strong Chinese and English writing and speaking skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

4. Excellent organizational, communication and crisis-handling abilities, capable of confidently managing complex tasks and collaborating effectively with cross-departmental teams.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1.負(fù)責(zé)校區(qū)住宿運(yùn)營(yíng)與分配管理,對(duì)接園區(qū)后勤部門(mén),監(jiān)督設(shè)施維護(hù)、安保、清潔服務(wù)及住宿相關(guān)費(fèi)用等事宜;

2.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生住宿社區(qū)建設(shè)與生活教育工作,設(shè)計(jì)執(zhí)行生活教育計(jì)劃,通過(guò)學(xué)生組織、社區(qū)活動(dòng)促進(jìn)學(xué)生的社區(qū)歸屬與文化融合;

3.搭建管理學(xué)生助理團(tuán)隊(duì),與學(xué)生成功與支持板塊同事協(xié)同處理學(xué)生行為不當(dāng)和矛盾糾紛;

4.制定并演練宿舍區(qū)緊急事件響應(yīng)流程,作為住宿相關(guān)危機(jī)的第一線(xiàn)響應(yīng)者,與學(xué)生成功與支持板塊負(fù)責(zé)同事緊密協(xié)作;

5.參與校區(qū)籌建階段的行政籌備工作,并在入駐后執(zhí)行校區(qū)辦公室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指派的相關(guān)行政任務(wù)。

*辦公地點(diǎn)為西麗大學(xué)城校區(qū)。

崗位要求:

1.本科或以上學(xué)歷,高等教育管理及管理類(lèi)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先;

2.有學(xué)校宿舍管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

3.良好的中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)能力,熟練使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等辦公軟件;

4.出色的組織溝通和危機(jī)處理能力,能夠自信地處理復(fù)雜事務(wù),與其他部門(mén)團(tuán)隊(duì)有效合作。
