Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the content planning, creation, editing, and publishing for SDS postgraduate recruitment across new media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili). Monitor performance analytics to optimize strategy, enhance account influence, and increase user engagement.

2. Manage online recruitment communities (e.g., WeChat/QQ groups), promptly address user inquiries, and organize interactive online activities to nurture and convert prospective applicants.

3. Organize, plan, and support both online and offline postgraduate admission promotional events. Oversee the end-to-end promotion of these activities through new media channels.

4. Establish and maintain effective communication with faculty, current students, prospective applicants, and internal departments to ensure cohesive and successful recruitment initiatives.

5. Assist with student-related matters for the Master of Data Science program, contributing to the organization and execution of student-focused activities.

6. Assist with undergraduate recruitment and other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

2. 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in new media and online community operations. Experience in higher education or educational institution recruitment/marketing is a significant advantage.

3. In-depth understanding of mainstream new media platforms (WeChat, Bilibili, etc.), including their operational rules and audience engagement strategies. Proven ability to independently manage content from conception to promotion.

4. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Possess a strong service orientation, with the ability to address user needs effectively and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common graphic design/video editing tools. Experience in planning and executing full-cycle online campaigns.

6. Full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), with the capability to independently edit English content and advise international applicants.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 組織、策劃并協(xié)助執(zhí)行各類(lèi)線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下研究生招生宣傳活動(dòng),并負(fù)責(zé)通過(guò)新媒體渠道對(duì)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行全流程推廣。

4. 與教師、在校學(xué)生、潛在申請(qǐng)人及校內(nèi)各部門(mén)建立并維護(hù)有效溝通與聯(lián)系,確保招生工作協(xié)同順利推進(jìn)。

5. 協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)理學(xué)碩士項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生事務(wù),保證學(xué)生活動(dòng)的順利開(kāi)展。

6. 協(xié)助完成本科招生相關(guān)事宜及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指派的其他行政工作。

崗位要求:

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷。市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、新聞傳播或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先。

2. 擁有3-5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備豐富的新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)及在線(xiàn)社區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn);有高等院?;蚪逃龣C(jī)構(gòu)新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)或招生推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)者尤佳。

3. 熟悉主流新媒體平臺(tái)(微信公眾號(hào)、B站等)的運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)則與流量邏輯,具備獨(dú)立完成內(nèi)容策劃、創(chuàng)作及運(yùn)營(yíng)推廣的能力。

4. 優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)、服務(wù)意識(shí)佳,能高效處理用戶(hù)需求并適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏的工作壓力。

5. 熟練掌握Microsoft Office辦公軟件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)及常用圖文設(shè)計(jì)、視頻編輯工具;熟悉線(xiàn)上活動(dòng)策劃與執(zhí)行的全流程。

6. 具備優(yōu)秀的中英文口語(yǔ)及書(shū)面表達(dá)能力,能夠獨(dú)立完成英文內(nèi)容編輯與國(guó)際申請(qǐng)人咨詢(xún)。
