Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee departmental comprehensive affairs, including meeting organization, event planning, administrative reception, policy development, document drafting, departmental publicity, and financial management.
2. Assist in government-funded project applications by coordinating with internal departments to gather requirements, collecting and organizing application materials, and supporting document aggregation, proofreading, and archiving.
3. Track the progress of government funding applications, record and report updates in a timely manner, and coordinate the resolution of issues as needed.
4. Liaise with relevant government entities such as the Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Finance Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, and Education Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality to facilitate document submission, information dissemination, and query responses.
5. Classify, archive, and safeguard all application materials (including budgetary documents) in compliance with confidentiality protocols, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
6. Assist in coordinating project settlement and final accounting for government-funded initiatives.
7. Support routine departmental tasks as assigned, and undertake other duties as required by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Sound educational background with a Master’s degree or above.
2. Approximately 3 years of experience in government funding applications, administrative management, or related fields; familiarity with the basic procedures of Shenzhen municipal government project applications is preferred.
3. Knowledge of Shenzhen municipal government project application processes, evaluation criteria, and funding regulations; familiarity with fund management and budget management requirements.
4. Demonstrated confidentiality awareness, strong process compliance and risk control capabilities, strict adherence to laws and regulations, integrity, and commitment to upholding the university's interests.
5. Strong resilience under pressure, service-oriented mindset, meticulous and responsible work attitude, proactiveness, compliance with work assignments, and excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of drafting official documents, policy papers, and reports.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)綜合事務(wù)的處理,包括會(huì)議組織、活動(dòng)策劃及組織、行政接待、制度建設(shè)、材料撰寫(xiě)、部門(mén)宣傳、財(cái)務(wù)管理等綜合事項(xiàng)。
2. 協(xié)助開(kāi)展政府資金項(xiàng)目申報(bào)相關(guān)工作,配合梳理校內(nèi)各部門(mén)申報(bào)需求,收集、整理申報(bào)資料,協(xié)助完成申報(bào)材料匯總、校對(duì)與歸檔。
3. 協(xié)助跟進(jìn)政府資金申報(bào)流程進(jìn)度,記錄并及時(shí)反饋進(jìn)度情況,完成異常問(wèn)題協(xié)調(diào)處理。
4. 對(duì)接深圳市發(fā)改委、財(cái)政局、教育局等相關(guān)政府部門(mén),配合完成資料遞交、信息傳達(dá)、咨詢(xún)回復(fù)等對(duì)接工作。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)申報(bào)材料、預(yù)算資料等各類(lèi)文件的分類(lèi)歸檔、保管,確保資料完整可查,嚴(yán)格遵守保密規(guī)定。
6. 協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)政府資金項(xiàng)目結(jié)算、決算統(tǒng)籌及協(xié)調(diào)等。
7. 協(xié)助完成部門(mén)日常事務(wù)性工作。服從工作安排,完成上級(jí)交辦的其他相關(guān)工作任務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1. 具備良好的教育素養(yǎng),碩士及以上學(xué)歷。
2. 擁有3年以上政府資金項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、行政管理或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解深圳市政府投資項(xiàng)目申報(bào)基本流程者優(yōu)先。
3. 熟悉深圳市政府投資項(xiàng)目申報(bào)流程、評(píng)審要求、資金使用要求等;熟悉資金管理、預(yù)算管理等相關(guān)工作要求。
4. 具備良好的保密意識(shí)、優(yōu)秀的流程規(guī)范執(zhí)行能力與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控意識(shí),依法依規(guī),廉潔自律,積極維護(hù)大學(xué)利益。
5. 抗壓能力強(qiáng),服務(wù)意識(shí)突出,工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)負(fù)責(zé)、積極主動(dòng),服從工作安排,具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神及問(wèn)題解決能力。
6. 具備出色的中、英文書(shū)面寫(xiě)作與口頭表達(dá)能力,能熟練撰寫(xiě)公文、制度文稿及各類(lèi)匯報(bào)材料。
