Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and advance major university development projects, including the establishment of new colleges, research institutes, and large-scale events.
2. Assist in university development planning, and compile written materials.
3. Coordinate communication and liaison with government departments, particularly educational administrative authorities.
4. Oversee interdepartmental collaboration, university partnerships, and industry-university cooperation initiatives.
5. Fulfill other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience, preferably with backgrounds in administrative agencies, institutions of higher education, or educational organizations.
3. Excellent strategic planning, time management, and stress tolerance abilities, along with strong writing skills.
4. Demonstrated excellence in organizational management and communication coordination, with preference for prior experience in government engagement.
5. Familiarity with domestic and international education sectors, as well as local conditions in Shenzhen.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

2. 協(xié)助做好大學(xué)發(fā)展規(guī)劃工作,編制相關(guān)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、匯報(bào)等書(shū)面材料。
3. 統(tǒng)籌與政府部門(mén)尤其是教育行政主管部門(mén)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作。
4. 統(tǒng)籌校內(nèi)各部門(mén)、校際及校企間的溝通合作。
5. 完成其它由上級(jí)安排的工作。
崗位要求:
1. 學(xué)士及以上學(xué)歷。
2. 8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有在高校、政府或教育部門(mén)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
3. 優(yōu)秀的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、時(shí)間管理和抗壓能力,較強(qiáng)的文字功底。
4. 有出色的組織管理、溝通協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗(yàn),與政府溝通經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮等。
5. 熟悉中外教育行業(yè)和深圳地區(qū)情況。
