Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Leading and supervising psychoeducation activities/programs;

2. Providing counselling services (individual and group) to college students in both Chinese and English;

3. Collaborating with Colleges/Schools/offices for handling critical student cases;

4. Undertake other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s and master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology, along with a professional certification in Counselling;

2. At least 5 years of experience in college counselling, including work under professional supervision;

3. Practical experience in providing counselling services to college students (e.g., individual/group counselling and crisis intervention);

4. Proficiency in conducting counselling sessions in English;

5. Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken);

6. Preference will be given to applicants registered as a clinical counsellor with the CPS (Chinese Psychological Society);

7. Good physical and mental health, with strong stress and emotional management skills.

 

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作職責(zé)：

1.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校心理健康教育項(xiàng)目的策劃與實(shí)施；

2.為大學(xué)生提供中英文心理咨詢(xún)服務(wù)（包括個(gè)體咨詢(xún)和團(tuán)體咨詢(xún)）；

3.協(xié)同學(xué)院、書(shū)院及行政部門(mén)，主導(dǎo)學(xué)生心理危機(jī)干預(yù)工作；

4.完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。

崗位要求：

1. 擁有心理咨詢(xún)或臨床心理學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的全日制本科及碩士學(xué)位，并具備心理輔導(dǎo)/咨詢(xún)的專(zhuān)業(yè)資格；

2.具備至少5年的高校心理健康教育和心理輔導(dǎo)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且接受過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)督導(dǎo)；

3.具有大學(xué)生個(gè)體心理咨詢(xún)、團(tuán)體咨詢(xún)及危機(jī)干預(yù)等相關(guān)工作的能力與經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

4.能夠提供英文心理咨詢(xún)服務(wù)；

5.具備中英文雙語(yǔ)辦公能力；

6.中國(guó)心理學(xué)會(huì)臨床與咨詢(xún)心理學(xué)注冊(cè)系統(tǒng)認(rèn)證注冊(cè)心理師優(yōu)先；

7.身心健康，具有較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力和情緒管理能力。
