Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Organize and lead career workshops, activities, and industry networking events;
2. Establish and maintain partnerships with companies, alumni, and professional organizations to seek cooperation opportunities;
3. Provide one-on-one career counseling and personalized guidance to students;
4. Collect, integrate, and analyze employment data; review, compile, and publish program employment quality reports;
5. Collaborate with program directors, CPDO, and external stakeholders to enhance student employability;
6. Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns within the career development team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
2. At least 9 years of relevant work experience, preferably in career counseling, corporate recruitment, or higher education student services; candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for a lower entry rank;
3. In-depth understanding of the job market, especially for graduate students;
4. Ability to design and deliver career-related courses and workshops;
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, faculty, and industry partners;
6. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives;
7. Proficiency in office software and career development platforms;
8. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and presentation skills.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 為學(xué)生提供一對(duì)一職業(yè)咨詢(xún)與個(gè)性化指導(dǎo);
4. 整合就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),審核、制定并發(fā)布項(xiàng)目就業(yè)質(zhì)量報(bào)告;
5. 與項(xiàng)目主任、職業(yè)發(fā)展辦公室及外部相關(guān)方合作,提升學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
崗位要求:
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷,專(zhuān)業(yè)為教育、心理學(xué)、人力資源或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域者優(yōu)先;
2. 至少9年相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有職業(yè)咨詢(xún)、企業(yè)招聘或高校學(xué)生服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)較少的候選人,會(huì)考慮提供相應(yīng)的入職職級(jí);
3. 具備設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)展職業(yè)相關(guān)課程及工作坊的能力;
4. 出色的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與學(xué)生和企業(yè)建立良好關(guān)系;
5. 能夠獨(dú)立工作,同時(shí)具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力;
6. 熟練使用辦公軟件和職業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)工具;
7. 擁有扎實(shí)的中英文語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ),具備良好的文字表達(dá)能力。
