Manager (General Management) - Administrative Services Office 經(jīng)理(統(tǒng)籌管理)- 行政事務(wù)處 (Ref. 2026/050/01)
Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily management of the administrative affairs modules (including but not limited to property, vehicles, commercial tenants, housing, assets, etc.), establish cross-module collaboration mechanisms, and improve overall operational efficiency.
2. Systematically carry out the construction, revision, and implementation of management systems for each module, design and continuously improve standard operating procedures to enhance the standardization and traceability of administrative work.
3. Lead the top-level design, functional upgrades, operation, and maintenance optimization of the administrative and logistical management informatization platform, promote data-driven decision-making, and enhance the intelligence level of management.
4. Coordinate logistical support for major university-level events (such as opening ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, large academic conferences, cultural performances, etc.), including but not limited to venue coordination, resource allocation, flow planning, on-site order maintenance, and personnel guidance.
5. Proactively engage with various schools, colleges, administrative departments, and student/faculty groups, establish efficient communication mechanisms, respond promptly to needs, and continuously improve the satisfaction and collaborative effectiveness of administrative services.
6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, with strong oral communication skills.
2. Minimum of 8 years of work experience; experience in university administration is preferred.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, good at problem identification, and ability to work under pressure.
4. Strong coordination and organizational skills, good service awareness, and teamwork spirit.
5. Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

2. 系統(tǒng)性地開(kāi)展各模塊管理制度建設(shè)、修訂與推行,設(shè)計(jì)并持續(xù)完善標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)流程,提升行政工作的規(guī)范化與可追溯性。
3. 主導(dǎo)行政后勤管理信息化平臺(tái)的頂層設(shè)計(jì)、功能升級(jí)與運(yùn)維優(yōu)化,推動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)決策,提升管理智能化水平。
4. 統(tǒng)籌校級(jí)重大活動(dòng)(如開(kāi)學(xué)典禮、畢業(yè)典禮、大型學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議、文化演出等)的后勤支持工作,包括但不限于場(chǎng)地協(xié)調(diào)、物資調(diào)配、動(dòng)線(xiàn)規(guī)劃、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)秩序維護(hù)與人員引導(dǎo)等。
5. 主動(dòng)對(duì)接各學(xué)院、書(shū)院、職能部門(mén)及師生群體,建立高效溝通機(jī)制,快速響應(yīng)需求,持續(xù)提升行政服務(wù)的滿(mǎn)意度與協(xié)同效能。
6. 上級(jí)安排的其他任務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1. 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,良好的中英文寫(xiě)作能力,較強(qiáng)的口頭表達(dá)能力。
2. 具有8年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有高校行政工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
3. 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié),善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,具備良好的抗壓能力。
4. 具有較強(qiáng)的統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
5. 熟練使用Word、Excel等辦公軟件。
