Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Handle daily student affairs through internal coordination and external liaison, follow up on student cases, and comprehensively understand students' physical and mental conditions.

2. Be responsible for the implementation of the student support and development system, covering students' academic improvement, psychological counseling, and development support needs.

3. Cooperate with the campus office management, establish a regular linkage mechanism with student affairs of various colleges, organize communication meetings, and synchronize student dynamics and development needs.

4. Handle emergency incidents, provide precise assistance, and properly record and file cases.

5. Establish a home-school communication mechanism, and be responsible for home-school communication, external contact and coordination work related to student affairs.

6. Participate in the administrative preparation work during the campus preparation phase, and perform relevant administrative tasks assigned by the campus office leadership.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

*Work location: Xili Campus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in higher education management, psychology, management and other related majors.

2. At least 3 years of work experience, preferably with experience in higher education, consulting services or academic guidance.

3. Good Chinese and English writing and speaking skills.

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and self-expression ability.

5. Ability to work independently and proactively, good at mobilizing resources, and responsible for completing tasks.

6. Passionate about education, with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作職責(zé):

2.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生支援與發(fā)展體系落地執(zhí)行,覆蓋學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)提升、心理疏導(dǎo)及發(fā)展支持等需求;

3.配合校區(qū)辦公室管理工作,建立與各學(xué)院學(xué)生事務(wù)的常態(tài)化聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制,組織召開(kāi)溝通會(huì)議,同步學(xué)生動(dòng)態(tài)與發(fā)展需求;

4.處理突發(fā)緊急事件,提供精準(zhǔn)幫扶,做好個(gè)案記錄與歸檔;

5.建立家校溝通機(jī)制,負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生事務(wù)部分的家校溝通、校外聯(lián)系和協(xié)調(diào)工作;

6.參與校區(qū)籌建階段的行政籌備工作,并在入駐后執(zhí)行校區(qū)辦公室領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指派的相關(guān)行政任務(wù);

7.完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

*辦公地點(diǎn)為西麗大學(xué)城校區(qū)。

崗位要求:

1.本科或以上學(xué)歷,高等教育管理、心理學(xué)及管理學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先;

2.至少3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有高等教育領(lǐng)域、咨詢(xún)服務(wù)或?qū)W業(yè)指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

3.良好的中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)能力;

4.優(yōu)秀的人際溝通能力和自我表達(dá)能力;

5.能夠獨(dú)立、主動(dòng)地開(kāi)展工作,善于調(diào)動(dòng)資源,盡職盡責(zé)完成任務(wù);

6.對(duì)教育事業(yè)充滿(mǎn)熱忱,具有高度責(zé)任感和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
