Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support the development and management of partnerships with overseas universities through participation in negotiations, drafting collaborative agreements, and implementing international student mobility programs.

2. Arrange outreach and incoming visits.

3. Provide guidance and support to the outgoing students.

4. Assist in organizing international events on campus or elsewhere.

5. Provide administrative assistance for the office.

6. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. Relevant work experience is preferred, particularly in higher education or project management.

3. Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

4. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.

5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; competence in utilizing AI tools to enhance work efficiency is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1.協(xié)助拓展和維護(hù)與海外高校的合作伙伴關(guān)系,包括參與合作洽談、起草合作協(xié)議,以及管理境外學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目。

2.協(xié)助安排國(guó)外院校代表來(lái)訪(fǎng)接待,及學(xué)校代表出訪(fǎng)的相關(guān)工作。

3.為參與出境學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生提供咨詢(xún)、行前指導(dǎo)及相關(guān)支持服務(wù)。

4.協(xié)助策劃與組織校內(nèi)外各類(lèi)國(guó)際交流活動(dòng)、會(huì)議及外事活動(dòng)。

5.負(fù)責(zé)辦公室日常行政事務(wù)及綜合支持工作。

6.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。

崗位要求:

1.本科及以上學(xué)歷。

2.具備相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先,尤其是在高等教育或項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域有從業(yè)經(jīng)歷者。

3.具備卓越的中英文書(shū)面寫(xiě)作及口語(yǔ)溝通能力。

4.具備出色的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和應(yīng)變能力,工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,并具有高度的責(zé)任心。

5.熟練掌握 Microsoft Office 等辦公軟件;善于使用 AI 工具輔助工作。
